The Crew
Jeff Menné
Owner, Head of Production
Jeff’s passion for filmmaking began at an early age—making home movies with his brother and immersing himself in as many TV shows and films as he could. That early curiosity grew into a clear career path, and today Jeff brings more than 15 years of production management experience across television, film, documentaries, and branded content, with projects that have taken him around the world.
He’s known for bringing a steady hand, positive energy, and a collaborative spirit to set. Whether navigating complex logistics or solving problems on the fly, Jeff believes great work comes from teams that feel supported, motivated, and excited to create. From the first prep call to the final wrap, he’s all in on making the process smooth—and the end result something everyone’s proud of.
When he’s not on set or in the office, Jeff is likely exploring the outdoors with his wife and dog, catching a show at Red Rocks, or hanging out at a local brewery.
In 2024, Jeff won his 1st Emmy Award as Line Producer on “Little Richard: I Am Everything” for Outstanding Arts & Culture Documentary
Gideon
Executive Pup In Charge
While still young in his career, Gideon has made an immediate impact at High Peak. He’s always willing to lend a paw and he’s a great morale boost on a long day. He does have some diva tendencies around the craft services table, but over the years we’ve become pros at handling all types of industry personalities.
When out of the office, Gideon loves to go on hiking adventures, see his friends at the park, and get puppuccino’s from Starbucks.
While Jeff may be the leader on the High Peak expedition, he certainly isn't the only one who makes the wheels turn. We are thankful for all of our crews and creatives who make each shoot possible!
